Terms and Conditions
Welcome to GroupSendGateway. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GroupSendGateway platform ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Service Overview
GroupSendGateway acts solely as an intermediary platform that enables users ("you", "customer", "user") to purchase Twilio services, including phone numbers and messaging credits, at competitive commercial rates secured through bulk purchasing arrangements.
We do not provide telecommunications services ourselves.
2. Relationship with Twilio
All telecommunications services purchased through GroupSendGateway are ultimately provided by Twilio Inc. ("Twilio").
All service rates, terms, and conditions relating to the telecommunications services are determined by Twilio.
GroupSendGateway does not modify Twilio’s service terms, technical offerings, or product pricing.
Users have the option to purchase directly from Twilio or via GroupSendGateway.

3. Pricing, Admin Fees, and GST
Twilio’s standard service rates apply to all purchases made through GroupSendGateway.
A 5% administration fee is added to the total purchase amount to cover transaction handling and platform operation costs.
For Australian customers, a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is also applied on the total amount (inclusive of the 5% administration fee).
Example Cost Structure (for clarity):
Twilio Service Cost: $100
GroupSendGateway Admin Fee (5%): $5
Subtotal: $105
GST (10% for Australian users): $10.50
Total Payable: $115.50
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of the services purchased through GroupSendGateway, including compliance with Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policies and any applicable laws or regulations.
GroupSendGateway is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or delivery of Twilio’s services.
5. Payment Terms
All charges are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GroupSendGateway reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if payment obligations are not met.
6. No Warranty or Guarantee
GroupSendGateway makes no warranties regarding the availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose of Twilio’s services.
GroupSendGateway’s role is limited to facilitating access to Twilio services under more favorable pricing terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupSendGateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform or Twilio’s services.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid to us for services under dispute.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will become effective upon posting to our website.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., New South Wales, Australia], without regard to conflict of law principles.
